Love that the crane is yellow. Any untrained eye will think it is part of a coaster that is still open. :lmao:

But the crane standby lines don't move. Really bad capacity like the Epic Werewolf and Kong mine train coasters. o_O ;)

As long as the crane has much better reliability than Battle for the Ministry, I'll take the low capacity.

wasting no time. Although probably the least complicated part of the demo.

They wouldn't touch the vertical lift and non-inverting loop until after HHN no? Unless they can safely do so?

Unlike Dueling that was far away from guest areas, Rockit is in the middle of highly accessible areas and team member areas. I sort of expect them to tackle the farther out areas first (Treble Clef, CityWalk/BMG) before touching the vertical lift/loop.

This. I saw some folks who were adamant that demolition would wait until after HHN, but Universal has proven that—if there’s a timeline—that takes priority over HHN.

The first piece of HRRR is gone from the track.

Didn’t they also move VelociCoaster pieces into the construction zone during the day a few times too?

I'm referring to any piece of track/support over a guest area. Is it safe/allowed for HHN queues to go underneath the ride track while nearby segments are being demo'd?

There's a difference between Transformers/Velocicoaster track being shuttled in and out of guest areas, but demo above guest heads is a challenging issue.

Addendum: several pieces have been removed. They're starting on opposite ends of the track.

There’d be a minimum safety zone certainly. If there’s any risk that may endanger guests they wouldn’t risk it.

I don't trust AI to give me anything even semi-reliable, so there's not much to discuss. It's much more instructive to just look at past ride builds and consider potentially complicating factors. Even then, past isn't necessarily prologue, as there may be factors unknown to us.

so you don't like AI, gotcha...........................but I'm not AI and I agree with the work I would have done myself, so i guess I'm untrustworthy too?

I don't like black box plagiarism machines that are demonstrably unreliable, no.

If you're just presenting an output, I don't trust it or care to look at it. If you'd like to present analysis that you actually conducted yourself, that's another story.

The AI roadmap given puts the opening date in fall 2027, whereas the official permit lapses in July 2027. So I'd rate that as false. My money is on a spring 2027 opening.
