Pretending they were on a better attraction.

Its a vast opinionated world. People are allowed to not like something. RollnFear had a possible slight exageration to make a point about the tame last 3/4ths of the ride or possibly he still feels that way. Its a problem with this coaster that so many have explained.

Its not themed enough to feel like an exhilerating impressive adventure, and not a thrilling exciting enough coaster for the thrill enthusiasts. Mix that with the most problems I have ever seen in a park of such class..,and you get those kinds of opnions.

I've never "blacked out" on any coaster, but I hear people refer to that from time-to-time. Is this really common? Doesn't sound fun to me...

The only time I have ever had a slight grey out was on the helix of Kumba.

Rockit wasn't supposed to be intense, it was designed more as a family ride. However it still has the most airtime of any coaster in Florida.

Which considering the parks and the sheer amount of coasters in the state is actually quite sad when you think about it. I am hoping Cheetah Hunt (Intamin) have other ideas.

No it wasn't. It was made as a thrill ride coaster because it was quick and easy to approve in the meantime for the studios before Potter..even though it ended up costing them millions more than what it should have.

No family ride has a height requirement of 51 inches.

My first attempt at some Rockit night shots, and I stole Victoria's idea so to speak on a few of these.

Why have they not added the fast pass line yet?

The line gets really long during busy times, especially when they can't run many trains, and adding the Express line just makes the regular line a lot longer.

The ride does look pretty BA at night. As for blacking out/greying out, I get a grey out in the treble clef. The only ride I've ever blacked out on is Intimidator 305 at King's Dominion in Virginia. Seriously, a 305 foot drop, 90+mph into a right hand turn on ground level. I remember going into the turn, and the hill afterwards. It's pretty crazy.

I got train 6 today. It wasn't too rough though. I noticed that train 5 was out and was very glad not to get it.

So I was in the park today, and Rockit was DEFINITELY making a different sound from the trains. I asked a TM about the sound and they said it was due to the new winter wheels, used when it may be cold out. The ride actually sounded really cool, like a rocket ship.

So does this mean they have given up on the silent cars in favor of functioning cars.

Well it was just the wheels being used. It wasn't that cold out, but it got cold at night, so I guess they had them on for that.
