I can't help but think only 2/3rds of the space will be utilized, while the rest is just used for paths to hold guests.

^ very interesting theory. It wouldn't be that bad of an idea to open up the path more for easier flow towards Minion Mayhem, etc.

I've closed up photoshop. Worked on this for a few good hours. This is basically how I would like to envision the park's entrance. 

With this option you get the expanded studio store, additional foot path/park capacity slightly increases. You get a new more direct path to DM. More seating, more ODVs, plus more themed facades that would further block the outside world from inside the park. You'd also get the huge restaurant/entertainment complex.

That last demolition photo is pretty depressing. Crazy to think there was a full-on dubstep party going on in that room just a month ago. You can even see the doorway leading to the Psycho room.

Speaking of the demolition, notice how they've started on that corner of the building. I wouldn't be surprised if they pushed the walls in that direction so that pathway is wider for Grinchmas crowds.

I have a feeling that's what we're seeing. Redone facades (Despicable me getting more houses) with the globe theatre also getting some touchups

to make it more like a city façade.

I agree on that size as we need more capacity, it is what should be due to the upcoming Potter attraction and it'd help greatly, the question is

though..What will be the entertainment in the complex? it was confirmed it would be Dining/retail/entertainment but they didn't go beyond that.

my best bet for the entertainment is a preview center (for Film,TV, and the parks) as we do know that in the next few years the NBCUniversal Experience isn't safe anymore and needs to go if they expand the lower lot.

So lets see what happens in the next few months as anyhow, I am really interested in this project more than Springfield and potter (shocking)

I like this idea.  However I don't think it will happen as some of the Globe Theater would have to be removed and there are 4 total stories in question here with the building being demolished.  Its just a cluster of an area.

I'm curious as to what the area across from Cinnabon looks like at the moment. It must be really weird not seeing the façade with the Big Ben on it sitting behind the double-decker bus.

^ lol probably feels exactly like every other part of the park: like being in the twilight zone where everything is familiar yet ridiculously different and warped and slowly (yet hastily) becoming something completely different. Quite surreal.

Double Decker Bus has been gone for months.  Probably in light of this construction.

Makes sense since Universal's All Access Band has relocated to the Universal Plaza stage. They used to perform atop the bus.

I heard a rumor on another website that the resteraunt was going to be a monsters theme could that mean another horror type waltrough is coming into that resteraunt but smaller


What happened to all the props inside did universal keep them or demolished them along with the building does anybody know
