Yeah..... why are we taking them seriously? Not to say we shouldn't listen to people who have unfavorable opinions of EU, but this person seems overly cynical and biased lmao.

- Didn't mention the headlining attraction in Celestial Park
- Didn't experience the headlining attraction in Potter, but hates the queue everyone else is heavily praising
- Didn't experience the headlining show in Isle of Berk
- Loved the headlining attraction in Monsters
- Loved the attractions in Nintendo

The goofy TM Preview reviews never cease to entertain.

If it means anything MY TM friend seems to be loving Berk! And I am JEALOUS of her and wishing I was there instead of painting!

They said Untamable Dragon was "adorable" and the land "looks beautiful" and they aren't even fans of the movies.

I thought that Themeparx review, while skewing negative, was caveated enough to leave room for that person's impressions to improve (upon experiencing Battle at the Ministry and Untrainable Dragon).

Whether a person's takes are more positive or more negative doesn't make them inherently more or less valuable or interesting.

All it needs is an actual E Ticket anchor. The rest of its lineup is pretty good with more to do than the rest of the lands.

You don’t think the land could use a bigger anchor attraction on the level of the other lands?

I'd actually argue that they need more flat rides for the size of the land and its demographic.

The show and the coaster are clearly anchors even if they're not the rides I'd personally prefer for Dragons.

So I just asked about that from someone who was just there a few hours ago, and their response was they didn’t even notice the coaster behind HTTYD because there is so much to see inside the land.

I don’t doubt you CAN see Stardust Racers behind the land, but most people will barely notice it because they’re so busy looking at all the fun and colorful stuff in the land.

EDIT— just read that review and it doesn’t match ANYTHING I have heard from anyone else who’s been there (aside from Monsters ride). And I love they trashed just about everything, but concluded with “can’t wait to go back!”

I don’t think they’re mutually exclusive — I think you can definitely be hyper-critical about a thing you love.

I read their review and I don’t think there’s any “matching” to be made here, just disappointment in some things people enjoyed. I anticipate to disagree with some of what they said but I’d hesitate to delegitimize their opinion

I could see the show being really good but I still think the land could use a Dragon “Flight of Passage” or some other big experience that’s a ride.

It also has a major coaster!

I always got the impression that it’s a Slinky level coaster. Am I wrong?
