It definitely looks better in the 2nd clip from further away.

Does anyone know if the dragon racer rally ride allows for adjusting how easy it is to flip? Like did universal decide to make the ride more tame than the TMNT version? I've seen those viral videos of that woman going crazy on that ride and figured it would be easier to flip. Only managed to flip 4 times and the TM at load made it sound like flipping was kinda hard when talking to another family. Would be cool if they could have a more intense side but honestly this ride was way cooler than I was expecting.

I do believe there is a limiter on the Epic versions to prevent the crazy spinning.

Random note but I absolutely love the Toothless Plasma Blast drink at Mead Hall. So refreshing. Highly recommend it

Just glad to see Yaknog is finally available— unfortunately after my last scheduled visit.

Could that limiter inadvertently make it more difficult to initiate spinning? Or am I just bad at it? :sob:

It takes some practice but I know they can be spun. The cycle is just so short that as soon as you get it going the ride is over.

My brother was attempting to do it, but its tough. It's also about 3-4 spins around and that's it... not enough to generate any sort of momentum.

I was able to get one single spin when I rode. I felt so accomplished but honestly it was way more effort than I expected.

I see people trying to throw their body violently and flap the wings so fast but it really is about timing the swing and building the momentum. Took longer than expected but once you get it you can kinda keep it going. I was in a middle seat and figure outside would be slightly easier so will have to try next time. Never doing one of these before it was very fun and a surprise of the trip along with fyre drill.

Is it well-known yet that the bathrooms by Spit Fyre Grill have the E.T. Adventure forest smell pumped in? Walked in today and immediately clocked it. Just the pine scent, without the characteristic mildew notes that we know and love, but still. It's the little things.

I think they only this week have all the worlds’ bathrooms their own scents, like IOA does, and that one got pine forest. I noticed Saturday too, but they weren’t like that earlier in the week I swear??

How long has the lines to meet Toothless been? I mean I heard it gets full fast but haven't heard the strategy on how early you should attempt to line up and how long the wait is actually taking since the experience per guest seems to be a decent length

I avoid trying to take big whiffs of restroom aromas as a general rule but now I'm going to have to for science.

I can only imagine taking a deep breath and saying how great that smells might garner some strange looks.

I've seen the posted wait time upwards of 45 minutes a few times so it could be upwards of an hour at least due to the varying length of each guest's experience. It's one of those things that will likely have a decent wait throughout the day.

They've pretty much kept it posted at 60 during previews, and pretty accurate. I'm hoping they can fast track a "2nd friend" of Hiccup's to reduce waits a bit.

Universal restrooms have always been the least offensive in relation to bad scents, of any restrooms I've ever been in. They do a really good job of circulating scents that are similar to walking into a craft store that is fragranced with scented candles.
