Thank god. The parade really does immediately deflate when the float speakers stop working. It kinda reveals how lacking a lot of the parade is in actual dynamics. Even the wonderful T-Rex puppet loses a ton of life without the Jurassic Park soundscape and roars.
I can't exactly recall what the current issue is with the Raptor puppet float, but the ECTO-1 car apparently was completely gutted and redesigned internally to work similarly to the rest of the floats. Once they did that though, they found that it didn't work at all anymore. From what I know, the car is currently being repaired. It's honestly rather silly, because it was an operating car before they bought it. I believe Phoebe and the Finn Wolfhard character were supposed to ride in that. That's why there are so many walk-around characters in that troupe.
Kung Fu Panda float is also currently downed.
