Fine, a Daredevil dark ride where it's just pitch black.

A good Daredevil ride could be made actually, but I think it would end up too similar to Spider-man. The ride would definitely have to make you experience all of the things that Matt Murdock experiences. Mostly in how he uses his senses and his "gift" to be able to kick ass.

I'm not sure if this extends to Universal or not since it's Disney using the Marvel rights in Hong Kong, but it's been said that they have a 5-year exclusivity over Iron Man for theme park use (which is why DCA was/is considering a Cap coaster instead of Iron Man).

Does anyone know if that affects Universal at all?

My guess, especially in regards o the Universal/Marvel contract terms, is that's a Disney in house stipulation only.

Yeah my idea was mostly just joking but I would like to think he needs a meet and greet of possible with the Netflix shows popularity.

But a ride would pretty much have to be just like Spiderman to really work, except Stan Lee's driven truck would spill chemical in our eyes and make is put on our special glasses.

Iron man is just a much better fit as a coaster IMO so strange to pick captain over him, yet we have a hulk coaster so who it really doesn't seem to matter much. Just seems strange to me.

IMO I do think Captain America makes some sense for a coaster at DCA. Mainly because
1) In the time period of DCA, which is mostly the 1940s besides Bug's Land and Cars Land, Captain America makes more sense to have a ride than Iron Man. If anything, I'd say an Iron Man ride should be part of a TL overhaul.
2) If it uses a ride system similar to Tron in Shanghai, instead of being a light cycle it could be a motorcycle and you could be joining Cap and his commandos on a mission.

Could work, allows the use of the less popular Jessics Jones, Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Iron fist and they would be easier to cast and cheaper to produce.

I'm just dying for Universal to give us a good show. I think it's the only way we would get heroes that would be physical. No Avenger would look decent as an AA (except for the Hulk, maybe)

Iron Man could be done due to no moving facial expressions.

The faces don't bug me as much as all the other movements. I don't wanna see Iron Man go the way of Imhotep.

You actually make some good points about the potential of using the bike coaster.

If they could make human figures move the way some of Disney's do that wouldn't be a problem. Jack Sparrow, Lincoln, etc. all move very believably.

The rumor is FearFall and Storm Force get axed along with the arcade and Fantastic 4 cafe to make way for an Avengers Dark Ride. There was also a rumor at one point to axe the Toon Stadium for an Iron Man flyer coaster. The Iron Man rumor always seemed bogus to me personally but the Avengers rumor is something I've heard for YEARS.. Whether or not its true who knows but I'll say this. If your trying to create MUST DO's for guests in both parks over the next 4 or 5 years, Avengers would really balance the power out.

After finishing both seasons of Daredevil, I'm definetly open to something coming. Really like the idea of a stunt show set in Hell's Kitchen. It probably won't happen though

I won't argue with that - at all - my mother will spend all day in single rider to rid that sucker.

I just was wondering why JP also wouldn't be included in your list. I have always felt that it's a must do. I mean, it has its own land.
Well thats just it, JP has its own land, Spiderman doesnt. Plus not everybody likes big drops or water. So the land may be a must do, but the main attraction , not so.

If Avengers do get a dark ride, I'm also in the boat that I think something interactive similar to MIB would be cool. I would honestly hope for no screens. Any opinions on screen saturation aside, it'd be weird for Spidey to have the more comic book style for its screens and a (presumably) more MCU-esque style for the Avengers one right next door. A mostly AA-focused dark ride could avert this.

There aren't that many "Screened " Attractions at IOA. One additional wouldn't hurt.

Well, @Marni1971 has once again mentioned an Avengers E Ticket but rather than bringing his quotes here like last time I'll wait to see if he comes here himself.
