It may interest some of you to know that the original purpose of the Allah Villas at USF (at least at one point) was to function as office bungalows for visiting directors and producers shooting on the lot, similar to the bungalows on the USH backlot (which are only given to the upper crust of production royalty). While there are some production offices on the front lot, they are nothing luxurious. Of course, theres a little in-joke here since the original Garden of Allah in Los Angeles was infamous for its debauchery, all-night parties, and drug use -- what a perfect place for the Directors' offices
While it's just "something nice to look at while walking to KidZone" today, it would have been really cool to walk by the remote residences of Steven Spielberg, Peter Jackson, etc.
