I have to disagree. Zelda is extremely popular... among video game fans. But compared to Mario, Pokemon, and a LOT of the IPs currently at Universal, Zelda is absolutely dwarfed in popularity. The highest selling Zelda games only hit around 10m copies sold, meanwhile the highest selling Mario and Pokemon games have sold over 50m+ copies. That's not to say it wouldn't be a good fit for a miniland, I think it'd be perfect in fact, but I think anything bigger than Lost Continent would alienate a lot of people who wouldn't even know what the area is based off.
Also, Zelda is far from the only game that has a traveling symphony.
Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, and several other series have had traveling orchestras before too.
