I believe Dan (and/or one of the other rumor mongers) mentioned in a video this locating may becoming a preview center for fantastic worlds. The location seems possible (although ti could go where the HHN store has been also). Just wondered if anyone else heard something similar.

I know I mentioned it half joking on Twitter last month, but not any actual rumor I’ve heard.
Man I wish Uni had their version of a Blue Sky Cellar. With so many projects in the future, it would be great to see some blueprints and such.
Honestly they could merge the film vault store and a Blue Sky Cellar type walk through into a bigger experience....I would love to see the model of VB for instance
