Not sure if I am recalling correctly, but back when folks were sharing early info about rein of Kong, I thought folks were mentioning a scene after the ride, for some reason I thought something was going to happening in exit walkway or something.

Anyone know if I am recalling correctly? If so, is it just that the Kong AA is towards the end or something and that is the surprise that folks might not be expecting?

I remember this as well, early scene breakdown mentioned an exit line scene.

From what i read in previous reviews everything appeared to be in working condition except for the flames on the right of the doors.

The motion in the 360 scene was exhilaratingly amazing

The 3d in this ride is the closest 3d experience next to virtual reality

They stopped the line because they ran out of queue space.

About ride issues:

They are having issues with the doors staying locked in place. I think this is probably the main reason no opening date had been announced because it lengthens load/unload times a lot.

The 360 screen still turns off before the vehicle exits, which bugs me.

I'm purposefully looking for flaws and this is all I found. That says a lot.

Glad to hear. I wonder though if the majority of problems are in this part. I seem to remember Muse saying he did not sense much here. And Teebin has said that maybe they should keep a bicycle pump nearby. So maybe though the ride system works, the 360 motion base is breaking down even more. Anyway, Monday I am going for Mako, but might check out Kong later next week once I hear there are softs early in the day ...

I also want to note that i was among the first 600ish people today and my line experience started in the back lot line area. But this was the fastest moving line experience i have ever dealt with. So much so that in the switch back area with the witch i was practically in and out of every room without getting to take it all in

The door not staying in place messes up sensors as well then?

This matches with what I heard for the vehicles. It'll be resolved but something that only really is picked up during test and adjust with guests.

Doors worked perfect for my ride and the left flame stack flared up. This is going to be one of the best rides to go on after dusk

I literally just left work and was headed to universal to ride this....if its down I'm gonna be pissed.

I am very hopeful for supercharged now. The 360 motion is very similar feeling to the launch in gringots when the dragon pulls you away

Also noted that you feel kongs breath in both the AA scene and also in the 360 scene

Oh and im 6'5" and felt very comfortable in the seat with no discomfort. The car is mindbogglingly large

I'm just telling you what they're telling us. I didn't say I believed it. They do have a megaphone though.

Once again, same thing the day I got on Transformers!!!

Ouch. I know it's only visible from the overflow queue but that... doesn't look great, IMO.

One time I rode Forbidden Journey I used the overflow line. Kind of bad show but what are you gonna do? :shrug:

The reason I ask that; is mainly because I think Supercharged is going to do very well with the simulated feeling of going through the streets of San Fran. Especially considering that Supercharged for Hollywood does well with that aspect, with the wind and water effects to me.
