Lol. I'm from Belgium/Flanders originally and tend to speak a tad fast, so people often don't understand me either. And every so often people think I'm Scottish, sometimes Australian, Irish, British ... only person who ever guessed I was Flemish was a Brit in Seaworld.

In non-ride vehicle related news, I was just in JP playground, they have shortened the extended queue rope netting up to meet the top of the stone walls that separate queue from ride path. And something I hadn't really realized before, the wall appears to be at least 6 feet tall in most sections. Also they are installing a themed warning sign next to Kong head entrance. Thrilling news, you're welcome.

I have no clue why but I desperately want to see that warning sign. Do you have any pictures?

I wonder where they're going to put the wait time.

No lockers mentioned. It says "Secure all loose articles, hats, glasses, wallets, keys, etc. or leave with a non-rider."

Hmmmm... an LED camp mattress. I wonder what that is about. Why does it need to be thick at all?

Curious, they are no where in sight either, and won't be. On top of that, there are no lockers nearby at all...

I'm getting really excited for this.

I'll probably have to book a trip down some time soon after it opens. Until then, I can't wait to see more updates.

I am still trying to figure out why it is called the Netherlands. In this country, we associate Nether with netherworld or nether-regions (oooh, naughty naughty)

Netherlands means low country. Originally that area was basically marshland and later a lot of land reclaimed from the sea. But Anihilnation is from Belgium, not the Netherlands (Holland). Belgium is primarily Flemish & Walloons peoples.

Not to be nit-picky, but I kinda would have liked to see the wait time on the warning sign. I hope wherever they're putting it now isn't awkward or an eye-soar.

There's certainly a lot of wire left at the bottom of the sign. It may be coming.

I was replying to the word Flemish, and that includes the Nederlands although the language is apparently spoken more in northern Belgium today. Kick me when I'm down... :(
