Yes, I'm interested in that as well. I would assume thats hinging on the walls surrounding the new restaurant facades being pushed back.

Yeah I keep forgeting about the interior work. Just seeing the progress in just 5 days makes me think this will be a phase thing. I think UOR can get away with phases for Springfield, but they will need to be careful on how they handle it. If it was up to me, I would make sure at least Moe's is open for the late spring crowds. Transformers will be attracting all the guests all summer long, and Moe's would be a great place to get away from the madness. Just sounds like a win-win if they did that.

There are 4 phases of construction within this project but scattered openings are highly doubtful. They have to complete the major facade work by the beginning of March in order to keep up with the current schedule. Look for the IFFF walls to be scaled back big time (I mean taken closer to the actual buildings) by early March so the other half of the Waterfront can be walled off to begin demo. I'm not allowed to speak of anything else...

I guess some Universal executives have electric cuffs on you, and when spill a lot of beans you get zapped. Anyway thanks for the clarification HTF.

Moe's is looking good. Interesting info HTF, I'm guessing the Waterfront side is going to take a while...

I think it would be cool to have something in the water either behind it or maybe connected with the spinner. Or even if it just got really high or soar over some of the lagoon.

The more pictures I see, the more I hate that wavy red wall alongside the water and the Animal Actors stage, haha.

Is Animal Actors stage even worth keeping?..because i actually dont think ive ever done that show. And the building is pretty big they could put something really awesome there. Maybe a new ride or a new show themed..

The show should stay. I just really don't like the building. And are the animals that perform in show actual pets? Or do they live at the park...?

We discussed this a ways back. To the best of my knowledge these will not be staying.

So 3-4 months on the waterfront...they still dont have the ride put in, and have yet to do major themeing.....and this is supposed to open in 5-8 months? I mean sure Transformers but this is an entire LAND were talking here not a copycat ride. And at some point dont they have to close down this entire area? To put in the mini gags and themeing around it?

SO many questions SO little time lol

They will just finish one area then move the work walls so that guests travel over the finished area, and then they can work on the area that guests currently walk on. Similar to how they resurface busy roads.

I would think they would get much more done a lot quicker if they just shut down the land during a slow week or two of the season and get er done
