I've said before I think they could pretty easily get $500 a person for a day-long experience culminating in dinner. But even if they convert a dozen rooms to more day space activities, that's a ton of wasted space. And we really need to hear how well they organize everything. Again, outside a few shows, there's no way 300 guests are together all day. How they handle break-out groups will tell us how feasible this might be.
To me this seems the only realistic option. The hotel without entertainment simply won't be a draw at $400/night.
The silent majority can't even think about affording this place. This is strictly aimed at the 1%. And my limited knowledge of that market says this is in trouble.
