I feel like this Might be a staging for SWL and possibly TSL as well.

Pizza Planet is nearby close to Muppets and its already confirmed to be closing and reopening in November (likely w/o TS theme), which would signify to me that Muppets will be safe.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Especially looking at the boundary's of that area.

And with the new Flex theatre, they don't need the Premiere Theatre anymore either. That would be an easy demo.

Hmm... I never saw a boat ride happening. I think we can assume this will be similar to the new boat ride system being put in place for Avatar.

I believe multiple people have said that this is a situation where the individual that talked about this ride, got mixed up about Avatar and POTCShanghai, nothing more.

I believe the guy was talking about Avatar, as ILM did work on Avatar, and SWL is not getting a boat ride.

So are we assuming that after the race this weekend that Streets of America will be walled off or no?

If that's the case, would it make sense that Motors/Muppets is re-routed for its entrances, no? Or is that they are going also with SOA.

Either way, interested to know now that SOA isn't even going to be announced of its closure.

I think most people know SOA is going based on the last year of the lights. At least the general public people I talked to assumed this based on SWL and the lights going.

Well, there's no attractions on SOA, so no real reason to announce a closure.

There is nothing in the SOA to announce closing.

I would imagine access to LMA to be down Mickey Ave. through Pixar Place. And access to Muppets/Star Tours to be down Commissary Lane.

Ugh, that's gonna be everywhere before too long and it seems to be a simple miscommunication. Seems as if they were speaking to the Avatar boat ride imo.

What is interesting about this rumor to me is that it shows that Avatar boat ride is using the new tech that before was believed to not be using the boat ride tech.

And apparently when it's thought of as a Star Wars ride it's amazing.
