I think it'll be done next summer then just sit there, sadly, like how Japan currently is. I think its just the realness of this current situation.
My only other thought, are Governments possibly not allowing it to open due to how nearly impossible it is to socially distance in these areas? Not that Hogsmeade/DIagon are much different but we aren't talking about the FL Government, talking about Osaka/Japan, and California which are proven to be operating, and approaching operations, differently than Florida is. Just because things are open in Florida doesn't mean they'll be open/be open the same way in other parks is my main point here, so I just wonder if this is a big concern for opening, and for Universal, if they follow capacity/social distancing guidelines, maybe not enough people can fit, therefore its not worth opening?
All armchair speculation, of course, and not at all what Im rooting for but I think their worthy topics. Id think track is in for MK, since we got glimpses of some earlier in the year I believe, so this being completed by next summer sounds right on, its just when does it actually open up to people.
