Will yoshi be available during early entry?

I’ve been hearing Toad will not be available during the Yoshi daytime M&G. We’ll see if that holds true. Also, Yoshi might not be meeting inside the land itself, but just outside it, by the green pipes.

I think it would make more sense to have the meet and greet where the Fan Fest Yoshis were last year, since its an air conditioned area that wouldn't make a congestion nightmare (unless they use the Transformers queue which would probably violate a ton of contracts).

They use the Transformer extended Q for most HHN for years now

So honestly that would make sense if Yoshi is meeting all day but needs breaks and you can keep a big line without it getting in the way of the park

The Yoshi line at fan fest closed like right as it opened last year for Green Yoshi....so hoping they know how bust he is and are working on a way to make him out for most the day...but we will find out in less then 24 hours

I'm not sure if that would work, since Mario Kart may need that queue space during the day.

Even space for one more meet and greet spot.

I mean Toads is just an adlibbed spot and you'd think with them making the movies they'd have know that people would want to meet

Counterpoint: They spent so so so much money to make this land happen in the middle of a working film and television studio. The disruption was enormous, and they basically made the most of every square foot they were able to secure.

The other reality is that there is an upper limit on the number of characters you're going to be able to regularly meet from any given property. The land already has Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad out on a daily basis, with Yoshi appearing for special events. Nintendo would need to be its own theme park if it were going to have the variety of costumed characters you're throwing out here.

I did EA entry today the ride did not open until like 7:35 AM.....

I did get to meet Peach and Mario with no waits but.....thats rough. I felt bad for tourist you spend 25 bucks a person and the ride you want to get on isn't even open most the hour...just rough


As for Yoshi they Killed it with moving the line. Like one of the quickest lines I've ever done for a BIG character. This needs to be more the standard for Fan Fest.....we need to find a way to moveeeee people so lines for characters aren't an hour. Like even at the back of this line I don't think it would take 15 mins

Yoshi met at 10:15 AM and mostly every hour after that until like 3:15 PM I think was the last time. Funny enough the TM's in the morning would not say when he would stop meeting but by the afternoon they were telling people his last times

The Luma shoulder pet is 40 dollars, so I skipped on it. Its very cool looking. They also had movie merch some of it fair enough priced and some kind of insane for how small the toys were

Two new food items but neither were something I needed so didn't try them but heard other's enjoyed the popcorn and cupcake
