Noticed that with a lot of of Youtube videos lately. I think it is a youtube feature now.

Reexamined the water management grading doc and it appears to me that these are the shoreline changes. These are the areas that are currently rocky sloping shore.

Interesting. The changes seem random, but I suppose it will all make sense.

I think it works in two ways: adding a bit more walk-able space to the area, and changing the aesthetics of the coastline. The parts sticking out into the lagoon worked with the previous boardwalk design, and now I'm guessing they're going to shape the coastline to look like the edge of the River Thames.

My goodness, that is a tall fence they are building between the park and apts. At least it looks like a fence. About 16' I would estimate.

Yeah, I know. The other possibility is that they are the substructure foundations of the rocks themselves, and merely something that already exists beneath the waterline. I need a lobotomy bad...
