Sorry but thats not true....
Defending my knowledge of events... not ONE of those images showed them lifting the heavy stuff off from that overhang. It was done at night. I know because I followed the live video at 4 am just as they were closing down on multiple occasions. Did you? The crane in the daytime was rare and only there holding stuff in place until night time. Were a few stars and parts of the wand removed during the day... perhaps... but the big structure came down over night after night after night after night. Most of the days I visited during the deconstruction, the crane was down. When it was up, it was still and just securing stuff. It was as popular a thread on another forum as this WW has been. And that was the case. Challenge me when I state that I am guessing... please do not when I was there and I know.
