Nintendo has NOTHING to do with Universal or movies so heck no to that idea.

If that ever had to happen, put it in a third park. They could make that one a video game park. But for Pete's sake, keep that out of Universal Studios!

Am I the only one that wants to see Universal come up with an entirely new concept/story/theme for a park? That's not based on something already thought of? Seems like it would be easier for them to take the creative reins on it, instead of having to please a 3rd party.

Nope, I'm right there with you on that one. I also don't want to see them take just "any" IP and put it into their parks. I want them to be smart about it and only feature IPs that are STRONG. They've done a great job so far!

I saw that on their Facebook. I think it has to be a teaser for the Simpson's. They're refurbing the play area for Curious George now, so we know it's not being leveled for an attraction. Maybe a small expansion to the popular area? But my bet is a Simpsons clue right now.

Most likely they're referring to how Curious George is getting a minor refurb. KidZone construction is still a ways off. You can't close too many lands at once.

I would say the most likely scenario is their Facebook and Twitter accounts are viewed as a marketing opportunity. And they are using the various intellectual properties they have licensed to push their upcoming additions to the public. And that theme park fans are not factored into it in any way.

Agreed. That is the whole point of them having social networking accounts in the first place, and it is generally aimed to the masses of the general public who have no clue as to what is going on at Uni.

Does anyone else think that the out side of ET looks like it can use a upgrade? I think it kind of looks like a store sign and not an attraction. I like Et but the entrance doesn't compare to the other attraction entrances.

You obviously haven't realized they run both accounts like incompetent baboons.

When they're hinting at stuff they usually come out and say it's a hint. They also often just post pictures for the hell of it.

I agree. ET looks awful. The entrance and the entire building needs a serious paint job.

It's listed as being filed for Hollywood. The Terminator building that is becoming Despicable Me in USH has a huge outdoor area right next to it that they are probably going to turn into a little playground area.
