Anyone else watching the news on fox by chance. They just had a segment on their about the WWoHP and its economic impact not just on central Florida but also on Universal parks across the world. They are comparing this opening to the 1971 opening of the Magic Kingdom. Pretty strong words.

Haha, Teebin. No I have not turned to the dark side. I have just been very busy this week. My kids came down from WV and Sat. we did USF and IOA. Sun. was Aquatica and Sea World Then I had a room at Portofino Bay Hotel for last night (I made the reservation because I was afraid that my kids wouldn't be able to get in.) Anyway we have now done TWWOHP top to bottom. We rode FJ 6 times, DC repeatedly. We on;y did the hippogriff once. We had Butterbeer, Pumpkin Juice, Pear Cider, Cornish Pasties, Cauldron Cakes, Treacle Fudge, and Strawberry Peanut Butter Ice Cream. Both my girls got wands (my youngest was chosen in Ollivander's).

Tomorrow is WDW. Thursday is Coco Key during the day and the "Chicago" at the Bob Carr Center.

Oh, and TVuide was in TWWOHP filming yesterday and today. I asked and they said that the show would be airing on Friday as part of "Hollywood 411". Here is a link to the show.:

Alright, so here's part one.

Monday was a perfect day to go. It wasn't crowded. Got to experience EVERYTHING and I got to ride Forbidden Journey fourteen times, which I think is amazing on it's own.

Forbidden Journey was up till 6pm when it was closed for the day.

I just saw the report on WESH 2 news. They had two guys, one saying it will have as big an impact as MK and another saying it won't... They had some nice shots of people in the park and ended the segment inviting us to go to WESH.com to "test your knowledge on all things muggle" ... FAIL... muggle is the opposite of magic dumb people at WESH...

I have a question... Can you just do the queue of the dragon duel and not ride the ride itself? I want to go so bad and take pics and such but I don't want to have to ride it! I hate rollar coasters! LOL

Of course! They can't force you to go on the ride. I believe there should be an exit somewhere right before boarding.

I'm sure there are exits along the way, you should probably ask a TM before you get in the loading area, you wouldn't want to have to cross the way to get off, it'd take too long.
