Very true. I think people are keying in on the year time frame from the survey way too much. Theme park surveys are simply there to gauge a response from a customer or group of customers. The year time frame was most likely just to see how quickly customers would actually return.

Or in Disney's case, to skew guest responses to suit their powerpoints ;)

I think they could rethem LC and change it to the Lost City and just keep Atlantis and Mythos....say goodbye to the arabian section of LC for sure, and the footprint for the Sinbad stage is more than enough space for an indoor coaster based on Gringotts...its now not a matter..but when this all happens.

That could totally work!

HAHA. LOL. Don't worry, Vyrus. I also hate the BTG. I know exaclty what you mean. I was a Cast Member two years ago and it was really, really, really annoying. But, trust me... The Tour groups from Argentina are far worse! LOL. HAHA

Welcome Henrick! You're gonna love the WWoHP when you come  It's really amazing!
And hey! Leave us Argentinians alone! JK ;-) I know what you mean... I was stuck in line for Rockit this summer and there was this huge tour group of teens from Argentina belting out songs and clapping like crazy  But I don't know that they're worse than the Brazilians ;-) It's that South American passion and crazy teens

So, earlier today I was in the Universal store at Orlando International Airport, which is pretty much 3/4 HP merch and 1/4 of other Universal merch. I bought myself some of those super strong mints and I also adopted a little friend! Here she is:

Thanks for the welcome Felipe! I apologize on behalf of the Latin Americans, we are a really loud crowd, what can I say? I actually live in Venezuela but me and my friends aren't that loud in public :P....

Thank you so much for the welcome, Felipe!

I can't wait to visit there. I'm a huge Harry Potter fan! Just crazy about it. Yesterday WB released the official trailer for Deathly Hallows Part 1 and I was completly blown away. Actually, I thought that I died. LOL

And you are right. We, south americans, are so passionate. I just remembered when I was a teenager. I had a lot of energy. LOL. I can't complain that much! But. You know.. For me, the problem is the tour guides. It appears to me that they don't know how to control the kids. And that's pretty bad right? I know that it isn't their responsibility but they should discipline. Although, it might be very hard to do that.

And... Nice Hedwig!

On the topic of tour groups, the WWoHP and tour groups are not a good mix due to the small spaces within the World. I'd be really glad if this rumored expansion happens, as the sooner the better! :D I can't get enough HP and for crowd control, this expansion would be great!

I am so excited there are already rumours of an expansion...
:] :] :]

Speaking of rumours...any speculation as to what is going to take place for Christmas? Other than falling snow...

I'd guess the frog choir will be caroling, the WW's background soundtrack might be all Christmas-y songs from the movies, and maybe some street decorations? :) Oh and maybe they'll have some Christmas merch too! Didn't they have an HP Christmas tree ornament for sale last year before the WW had even opened?

Yeah, it's a lot less busy than it was during the summer. I think you'll have a very enjoyable time  Especially if you're coming during weekdays, and even more so in the beginning of the week. It's probably gonna be a little busier than it has been during this season in years past, but crowds will be nowhere near what we had during opening and summer time.

Oh! shameless plug time! :P

OH MY GOD!!!! I just returned from my first of many to the Wizarding World and it was absolutely fantastic. I didn't want to leave.

We stayed at Royal Pacific and went to HHN on Friday night. Surprisingly we were able to wake up early and head over to IOA. We got there around 8:15 am and headed straight to the FJ. When I walked into Hosmeade, I seriously got goosebumps. And then when I turned the corner and saw the unobstructed view of Hogwarts, the same thing happened again. I could not stop smiling. The posted wait was 10 minutes for FJ but it took more like 20. As everyone has mentioned, the greenhouse part moves the slowest.

Words cannot describe how incredible I thought the Forbidden Journey was. It was absolutely perfect in my opinion. The seat all the way towards the right is my favorite. It feels like so much more of the action is aimed towards that particular seat. After we got off, we went back on in single riders and walked right on. We all felt a little queasy after the second ride as it was a rough night at horror nights the night before and none of us were feeling 100%. I went back later in the day by myself to ride it again. At around 5:45 the time was 45 minutes. Single riders took about 10.

I tried both a frozen Butterbeer and their specialty Hogshead brew. Butterbeer was awesome and I got an $11 souvenir cup. lol

I ended up spending a small fortune on other crap as well.

The whole weekend I would just hear people talking about how wonderful that part of the park was and how good of a job Universal did recreating it.

That is an awesome seat. I love having the longer body I have for once where my feet and legs are freakishly close to the caverns and other action going by.

Also, I knew they were hot sellers but from the two times I have hung out in Zonkos/honeydukes for maybe seven minutes each time I have heard about a dozen of them 'adopted' 12 per 14 min time I spent in their mid day. Just dang.

Just joined the new group. And that is awesome to hear Roll N Fear, the Wizarding World brings happiness to older people as Disney does for little kids.

And that is exactly what happened to me too. The goosebumps were non stop upon entering until the day was over.

Butterbeer is one of the best drinks I have ever drank... there isn't really another drink like it. So far, I haven't heard anyone not like it, so I would suggest you try it
