I just booked my hotel for September! I will be about 4 miles away from Uni. I'm so happy.

If I get bored and feel like heading over I probably will

Nothing going on today. Although I'm going to see train tomorrow, but for that I'll probably only go to the studios and not IOA

I'm considering seeing Train. I'm not a huge, huge fan but I like a couple songs.

I'll probably be seeing them as well if there is absolutely no chance of me seeing Passion Pit the same night

Well, WWoHP opened at about 9:20 AM today. Somewhere around 9:30 AM, FJ was already at 90 minutes. As of 10 AM, FJ was at 120 minutes. Word is, Forbidden Journey did temporarily break down for a few minutes for hotel guests this morning.

Also, from @garry83: "Lots of suits and filming in Hogsmeade #potterwatch"

So, this means On-site hotel guest are still getting in an hour before IAO opens and getting in to the WWOHP at that time too?

I am with you. I want to go too, I am trying to talk my hubby into going with me. But just like you, I only care about a couple songs.

Can you keep us posted, no one is updating anything on twitter and I want to know if it is worth going out there later today or if I should go tomorrow.

So what do you guys think the rest of the park will be like on the 19th and 20th? I'm fine waiting hours to ride FJ and DC, but do you think the rest of the park will be managable since the crowd will be clustered WWOHP? I'm wondering if I could do the rest of the park first and head to WWOHP around 3 PM and dedicate the rest of the day to that. Going through the shops isn't important to me so I would only need an hour or so to "see the sights."

I was wondering about this as well. I want to go the week after the GO (still going to GO, but I know I'll want to go again) and I was wondering if I'd be better off heading into WWoHP at 4 or so.

Has there always been a giant stage beside the Jurassic Park bridge? It looks like they are setting everything up for the opening next week. I cannot fathom how chaotically packed the area will be! There are also screens around the area, perhaps for people without a view so they can watch the opening ceremony? I also tried butterbeer for the first time, the non frozen version. I think the best description I can make is that it's like creamy butterscotch root beer with whip cream lol

It could be a case of scheduling, logistics etc. The BSO is considerably more used to adapting to different venues and doing it very often summer and winter.

Over the past 30 years, he has done quite a few such tours honeybee. And he ain't getting any younger... or poorer if you get my gist. One PBS televised show back in the early 80's was over the top with him conducting live to the screen projections of many of the films he has scored. In between, he would talk about the whys and wherefores of the piece. It was very exciting.

I remember that PBS special as well, I guess we both just dated ourselves, lol

Since no one else answered your question, I will. Hotel guests are still getting in at 8 AM while the GP gets in no earlier than 9 AM.
