I am currently at Citywalk. I got wristband [HASHTAG]#191[/HASHTAG]. They informed me that it guarantees entry. The first wave of people are being let in at 2 am and they will let people come and go at that time. However, if the crowds get big, they may ask people to leave and return later. The ceremony is around 6-6:30. He said if we are in the land at the time, we can watch the ceremony and then return to the land depending on crowds. There's not many people in line right now, most people are wandering around until 2 am, since that's when wristbands will really come into effect.

So you could effectively go home and have a sleep then return later.  That would have been perfect for those people who got the early wristbands.  Make sure you keep us updated

Definitely! I'll try my best to answer questions and check in until my phone effectively dies before the land even opens lol

I left for an hour. On the way back, I saw that the Phelps twins were handing out free wands to people in line and I missed it by about 15 minutes -___- line is still not too bad. About 30 people but it seems like spots are being saved. So far it seems to be all wristband holders.

They were handing out copies of "The Squibbler" as well as Jelly Belly's. When asked if there was anything special going on for the Opening Ceremony, the TM said they couldn't tell us that and that there "may or may not be a surprise".

As crowded as it is, it's not half as bad as I thought it was going to be. It's seems pretty mild for an opening day crowd.

Guests who are there are saying it's pretty crowded but USH are doing a great job managing all the clusters of people. So kudos to them, they've certainly learned from the previous Wizarding World openings.

It's crazy to think that activity in this thread is going to start dwindling now that this is finally open. Obviously there will still be things to post about in this one but not nearly as much any more.
