I went here during my vacation and it has earned the spot as my all time favorite Theme Park restaurant. Never have I had such good service, good food and such a fun environment all at once.

At one point, I didn't know where the desert counter was and I was on the top floor. I asked somebody who was working there where it was, they dropped what they were currently doing and walked me there themselves. Also, the waitress we had said that every employee working there has been required to taste every item on the menu. She gave us some really good recommendations, was super friendly and just made our night even better.

The prices are a bit more expensive, but the food quality AND portions are super fair for what you pay. Props to Uni with this restaurant, absolutely incredible.

I went last Friday and had an all-around terrible experience. That being said, I am willing to give it another chance eventually. I have worked in food service and stuff happens, I just wish it hadn't happened on my first trip in.

This pic from Bioreconstruct pretty much confirms that nothing will be rotating on the sign. Unless the whole thing rotates, but I don't know why they'd do that. Looks like the letters will light up though.

Looking at this pic, however, I think that inner ring with the words is what is going to turn like a gear within the sign. If I look at that other, side picture there is nothing connected to that inner ring with the words

I know someone mentioned they had the Salmon and it wasn't that good, but I tried it anyway. I do not know if something changed, but I thought it was the best Salmon I've had on property:

I wouldn't call it a debate but yeah, it's an elaborate bit of sign making. I wouldn't say any part individually is overly complex but it takes great vision and knowledge to create something like this. I also imagine, somebody had a lot of fun with a CNC tooling this.
