Which side street are you referencing? Anyway, it looks like that they've finished a large amount of the foundation and basement walls.

EDIT: Orlando Rocks was able to get these while the gate was open.

I was thinking it would be more logical if the entrance to the ride was facing 7th St. in the New York section (If it is Transformers). Not on Sunset Blvd. or Embracadero S St.
