The way this project is being I tackled we'll have stuff to see. It's a short project so they're literally doing exterior while building upwards. I think they'll be doing interior while working on the facade.

They must be paying these guys more than the raw materials of the actual project are costing Great to see the intensity is being kept up! I wish I could see it in this state myself, just to get the scale on it but by the time I'm next around it'll likely be much further on.

They were lifting some long white box object when I was leaving the park around 10:30ish last night. My first thought was HVAC stuff, but it looked way bigger than even those that they've already put up on the 1st floor ceiling.

Long time reader, first time poster. We visited USO last week and they are currently pouring the concrete for the track on the second level. I could see it as we were riding HRRR.

I'm not sure how reliable this info is but i was told last night by one of the event staff that UNI wanted this opened by Memorial Day weekend 2013...but the project fell behind schedule by a couple of weeks. .and now it's scheduled for possible soft openings that weekend. We'll find out for sure tonight though :thumbs: It does make sense though because the preferred passes are blocked out next year ONLY at USF through the month of July.

Just preferred as of last night. I just thought that was really odd as it's been IOA that was blacked.out during"peak month" the past couple of years.

My bad...lol guess us "cheapies" can wish :rofl: The site is down right now. I could only afford a power pass this year...but when i was inquiring about getting a preferred pass for next year the calendar i saw had July blocked out at USF.

Well then that's pretty telling in itself. Looks like a July grand opening date.
