It really is, and it looks even more foolish next to the gigantic Transformers building.

When I look at that picture, minus the Transformers building, it looks like something out of one of their 90's advertisements!

The Monsters Cafe exterior is so hideous.:saw:

I have never seen Monsters cafe interior if it's not so much to ask, can someone get some inside shots before it closes?

If they rebuild the Monsters Cafe, it should be two stories to kinda level out the height difference between it and Transformers being behind it.

A two-story building would be cool. Maybe they can put a restaurant and also something Transformers-y like an arcade or something that'll go well with the theme. I know arcades seem weird within a theme park, but they're always full of kids spending money, so...

The Arcade is not a bad idea. Island of Adventure has one that does excellent after exiting Dr. Doom
Pizza Planet has one at Hollywood Studios that does fine in the back of the park.

Nevermind they have one where the Revenge of Mummy exit is.

I agree with this, and I think this yet another reason why it looks so terrible and out of place in production central, an area dominated by enormous soundstages.

Yeah you know nothing too huge but at least on the scale of Ritchers to give it a good feel of fitting well. it's on the corner well two corners of the main walkway, it needs to cooperate with the other buildings around it.

Heck, they don't even have to add a real second level, just some second story facades would be nice to even things out, and is what I would expect over adding a second level.

Yep, those were the ones I meant. They're always full of kids spending their Mula, and I'm guilty of hanging out in those a couple of times and enjoying it too :P

If not two stories, that at least would be nice! Plus high ceilings are very pleasing on the eyes, so that would also be cool!

I wouldn't mind if they copied from Busch Garden's Crown Colony and had the bottom level be a self service fast food style and have the upper level be a sit down fancier experience..

This is not Hollywood they have enough ground level space .Due to ADA act if it has 2 floors you have to install an elevator.I can't see them spending that much to build a second floor eatery.

Not for space reasons though
