Whatever they are putting on that corner, I'm assuming it will connect to the pegs on the other side of the wall. Any ideas what it might turn into?

A logo of sorts... with the entrance facing the new york lagoon side they might be adding "something" that screams transformers for the lagoon side from Hollywood to know to run and trample other guests to get here...

Good call, I too think it will be some sort of signage or something to catch peoples eye. I just hope it doesn't look tacky and blends in with the rest of the building.

The bracing on the steel in question is much heavier than need be. This leads me to believe that the steel will be exposed and used for theming. It is also possible that something will be atached to it. :thumbs:

It looks like a faux stairway. It would be cool if it connected to the other side and they built some sort of door/window with half a transformer breaking thru

Looks that way. The pegs on the other side are at the same level as the top part here.

Also, notice how the top bit of the column is missing on the corner of the building. Compare it to the other columns that stick out, they're all flush with the top.

Great pic! This new piece gives the building a lot more depth. And I'm sure it's going to cast a lot of interesting shadows at night with any spotlights they'll install below the building.
