Just saying, the 15th is a sort of preview for Team Members to get hyped about the attraction, as you can see in the UONews. It is NOT the technical rehearsal date. That comes afterwards, but I can't say when it'll be.

If the soft openings for this are anything like those for Despicable Me we will have one full day of TM access and either another full day of TM access as well, or, 3/4 of the day will be devoted for TMs and the rest will be public until close. But if its anything like WWOHP all the TMs will have full access for those days and the sorts will follow there after. I think we might see the Despicable Me treatment for this ride. Just not public softs that early.

There really is no one way they do them. It's what fits best for the ride at that time.

For Simpsons for example they did reservations days ahead of time and did the previews before the park opened and after it closed.

For Rockit they announced each day they did TM previews that if you went to Rockit after park close you could ride.

For Potter they did a preview night of the island, and then ran the ride for TMs after the hotel morning access.

I have no clue, but I am pretty sure it has been suggested that Optimus moves. I also think someone mentioned that he was already there, just behind something...I think HTF also made a post about some icon not being ready to roll out or something.

So, because of these things, I am wondering if he stays behind one of those garage doors and comes out when the ride is open....then he can stay indoors in bad weather and such. So maybe you won't see him until the ride is open?

That's my speculation any way.

It was I that heard from a little bird that the OP was on-site and an AA. Unfortunately that birdie only flies around UOR so I am going to have a real hard time contacting it again.

I think I'm getting pretty restless and tired of hearing about Transformers now. Don't get me wrong I'm still excited for the Transformers ride but I'm starting to spend all my attention thinking about Springfield and Phase 2 now. But then again being a POTTERHEAD most of my attention has been on Phase 2 all along lol

It was an awesome ride. The whole park that ride was in was actually pretty good, just not enough to the park for the price, one of the reasons it failed.

because I'm still a Universal nut and pretty much love almost everything in Universal lol I rarely complain unlike some people on here(not saying you do). I guess I'm just anxious for it to open already with everybody talking about it. Not a big deal though.

I'm very eager to ride it to.... Even. Though I've been on USH's version.
