The Comcast Big Wigs were here for an internal company broadcast. I am sure they had other business too, but that was their main purpose.

I don't know. I really liked those comfy benches outside of that abandoned soundstage. Really good spot for a nap.

Benches by "You Bet Jurassic".

I don't care if I get serious flack, but I'd rather have a year round Haunt than Transformers. Then when HHN comes they RAMP the living hell out of it.

I think a year round haunt would be pretty cool, maybe redo some of of Uni's oldest horror movies and make em come to life? Problem is this attraction probably wouldn't last very long??? Maybe Im wrong but either way I do agree with the "beggars cant be choosers" I love that Universal and Comcast is showing some initiative and seeing to it that they know their fans are cared for. Kudos!

Well, I won't agree with that. But it is a good idea. They just need to do a better job than Hollywood's.

Hollywood's permanent haunt has been around for 5 years at this point.

I have friends who absolutely love House of Horror. They say that even if it's not well staffed the actors really go all out and the sets are so grand that it's worth while. Everybody on this website knows my love for Haunts though, so I really don't think I need to get into why I'm excited. Not that there is any bias towards a permanent haunt or anything

If this is a haunt, I'd love something like a small Universal Monsters exhibit for those not doing the house to enjoy.

I myself am a really big fan when it comes to Halloween but that's only seasonally ... if they were to put an HHN haunt, I don't see it as much of a plus. The majority of people will not go to the attraction because its just simply not the season for it. You dont have that same feeling in October to get scared as you would say now in June. and who cares if Transformers has the same ride system as Spidey. Disney has so many of the same rides in one park. Why can't Universal do the same? Its still a different experience nonetheless.

The boardwalk by me opened a serious haunt two years ago. They're season is summer, and the haunt is one of the most popular attractions on their 3 piers, so I'm going to have to disagree with you.

Transformers is still potentially being looked at for other areas.

I know it is but something has to fill in the void for the Jaws area before 2014 and I don't think a haunt will cut it. That's in my view.
