Does anyone else find it curious that the picture is still up over at MiceChat? I mean, Universal had the American Scenic concept art jerked by noon during Potter 1.0. Or is Lutz and Co. ballsy enough to ignore a C&D request from UniLegal?

If they were stupid enough to steal information from here, then yes they would ignore it, or claim to have not check their emails.

IMO I think it's legit, Since it wasn't just posted here but also Lee over at Magic had it as well (He was hinting things that were on the paper before it was posted here as well.)

My thoughts are very similar. I thought for sure that it would be gone by lunch time. The longer it stays up the more it looks like a legit, planned leak.

A planned leak would actually make sense. If we know, then the permit search for this one certainly lightens up. Kinda their way is saying, "Okay, you know, now stop digging!"

Do they normally do that? I don't honestly know what their procedure is, so I'm asking from a position of not knowing whether Universal would ignore this if it were not accurate, or squash anything related to it?

This would be one of the better thought out hoaxes. We know pretty much as much about Uni as any other interweb geeks and how many of us know what graphics company Uni. uses? That's pretty impressive. Then to circulate it to Lee and Marni first, hmmm. Weren't they also the first ones to mention the now famous false trail year-round haunt leak. Me thinks Uni. Is funning with us.

In their past, if it's legit....you'd be hearing from legal with talk of C&D's. If they are so adamant of people not taking pictures of a public area in the park....why would they let something from the internal files go without any peep?
