I think the issues with USF are obvious enough that getting this deep into the weeds feels a little silly.
I'm definitely with
@belloq87 of wanting substantial sweeping changes much sooner than we will probably get them. The park is not in a great spot at all, and barring the Halloween season, I believe it's the worst theme park in the Orlando region currently operating.
There are massive structural, thematic, and operational problems with the park as it stands. The park doesn't just need new rides in the buildings that are already built; I believe parts of the park need to be restructured completely. I don't want Pokemon in the BTTF building or Fast Food Blvd, and I think simply retheming the Shrek and Hello Kitty buildings was a long-term loss for the park as I would want to see it.
I want sweeping Diagon Alley, Super Nintendo World-tier changes across the entire park. That entrance area could be beautiful, spacious, and thematically consistent with itself. I want everything from the Coke building to Animal Actors bulldozed and redeveloped from scratch. Epic and Islands both prove that this resort can do incredible things. I want USF to find a visual and thematic identity befitting the name-sake park of a world-class resort. And some variety in the ride line-up wouldn't hurt either.
I understand why this hasn't happened yet, and why it probably won't for some time. I will continue to believe that USF offers a fairly low-quality experience compared to similar offerings across the resort and the greater theme park industry.
