I think we need to look at Universal Spectacle for a minute, as that alone seems to be using custom-made footage for the new parade, while also being a best of in it's own unique sense.

They’re working on the facades at the entrance of Sting Alleg from the waterfront. Could this be related to the show?

I think Happily Ever After is a prime example of how to incorporate many movies into a similar sequence without it becoming a clip show

Happily Ever After is a clip show. So is World of Color. What Disney does different is make the show about the music. A lot of Universal films don't have familiar musical scores. The parts of Cinematic Spectacular that worked well were the parts that feature great recognizable scores of music. Hopefully that is the focus of this show.

Most of those great scores were composed by Bernard Herrmann or John Williams.

Any word on how much this will affect the show opening by the end of June?

I mean, they'll just drain the lake again when they get back to work.

So, looking at the photo post I see 5 rows of 20 simple nozzles with an LED light each, then a handful of moving fountains between the 2nd and 3rd row of fountains, plus a couple movers in front, and a few more behind. Then mist nozzles in front of the simple fountains, plus the mist screens. Anything major not installed yet?

Just for perspective, the water level should come up to the bottom of the platforms for the mist screens

I had thought in the permit there was a circle layout or two of fountains somewhere?

I imagine work on the platform is probably going try to be done overnight if they plan on continuing work on it anytime in the next week because it's raining every day now in large amounts. Drain it and it'll be filled up by the end of the day again otherwise.

Work on the water show slowed down by water. Life has its little ironies.

I guess if you want to stretch the meaning of clip show, sure

Watch Universal 360/Cinematic and then Happily/WoC and you'll see what I mean by 'clip show'

This is looking like their attempt to break that
