The entrance to the park looks fantastic and it's great to see the Chronos just about complete!

It's going to be interesting to find out stats like how many trees have been planted around the park and they keep bringing in more. AK is probably the only park I can think of in Orlando that might have more?

Walking towards the park is going to make EU look like an oasis coming from the far end of the parking lot. The heat shimmer off the pavement in the summer is going to really sell that effect.

Yup, and unfortunately Universal isn't doing much to combat those claims as they mentioned in their Epic Universe preview center video last week that Epic is a 500+ acre theme park. Mind you, most people can't picture how large an acre is so nobody will really notice. And considering how much walking space Epic has, it'll "feel" larger, but really isn't.

I don’t think so. There is a future parade building planned near there, but in front of that plot, at the top of large expansion plot within the park’s ring road. But also, I am guessing the parade building closer to Helios pool behind Monsters may be built first.

This is just listed as another backstage support building. Going by permits seems like a big storage building with a concrete pad outside for parking various things for tech services. I guess this is essentially like a parade building, but doesn’t seem to be labeled as such. If I find anything else out I’ll post here.

The Universal logo will be displayed at each street entrance and adverts at the entrance should make it clear.

However, not opposed to them adding one in the southern campus. It's the main icon for the resort as the arches are more of USF's icon.

The globe is not really in city walk any more than the lighthouse. I don't think they will add a globe as the equivalent of the globe will be the Chronos.

Too much to ask for a kitschy, Monsters-themed eatery to be part of the expansion plans for Dark Universe?

Those statues have been on the Epic site since they were taken down. Not sure when they were separated from their base though as they originally still attached in a circle.

That theory makes sense. In a highly immersive land like Dark Universe, these statues would look out of place.
