Technically, VB is the 3rd park. Argue whether it's a theme park or not - but it is a park nonetheless.

Universal is going to call it a 3rd park no matter what we think - so it would be confusing as hell to have a discussion of the rumored new theme park and call it a 3rd park when Universal is saying they already have a 3rd.

Welcome to the OU Forums. .....The general consensus from both insiders and outsiders is a fourth theme park, more resort hotels and a possible Citi Walk type area. The site is across the street from the Orlando Convention Center so it's definitely a prime location.

Thank you. Sounds awesome. Wondering would there be a similar type transportation to that of Disney like a monorail, something to get guests to and from each location?

There's been some spirited discussions about modes of transportation throughout this thread, but no solid info at this point in time.

From what it is sounding, they are wanting to build upon what they have been doing successfully up north, at Site A (USF/IOA/VB/CWN) and to implement that success onto Site B (The New Land).

While not much is entirely known about the sake of what will be coming, it is widely assumed (for good reason) that Universal Parks and Resorts will implement a brand new gate, a new entertainment complex, and new hotels. We don't percisely know how they will transport people from A to B (and that's not taking into account the WNW Plot inlcuding the parking lot over there), and that we'll probably know more in the coming year or two.

Can see this all happening, but seems as if getting guests from site A to B will be a bit of a hassle. Maybe use the old WNW area as a hub of sorts. Or file for a change in traffic maybe to alter I Drive. All in all have a feeling it will be difficult but I'm sure Universal will figure it out.

This is what I expect, as it makes sense with Universal having previous experience with the system before with HE.

I am curious though, on if they will pull a Hogwarts Express and to not have the outside world seen and is instead an new, original film that can swap out various characters from Universal's Film and TV library.
