Off topic but this was discussed in this thread earlier and it's relevant reading for what's happening in the industry:

I knew this would happen.
While it was a crazy ride concept and people always love to push the boundaries, sometimes some things are pushed too far.

I'd prefer a drop body slide like Summit Plummet or a massive family water coaster like Mammoth over Verruckt.

Universal got lucky that this thing is very impressive looking from the street.

I mean, it could be entirely planned but the way their resort grew that seems unlikely to have been that planned, but once the space was decided as a water park, certainly.

It'll draw in casual tourists.
