Yeah, there were plumbing permits filed for new gas pipes to service a donut fryer and a convection oven, so they'll definitely be making some donuts in the shop:

And speaking of the permits.. the final inspections for all trades is scheduled for Monday, 3/19. So we could definitely see this opening before the end of March:

Excellent detective work. If all work is being done on site, it must be a big ass oven and fryer.

It is relatively small in terms of Universal haha...It will probably feel very tight when it gets slammed after park closing

Perhaps, I can't see inside, but it appears the staircase is decorated much like Toothsome
