Not to mention the winter/spring setting change between Hogwarts and Hogsmede (which was probably deliberately done)

In the movie adaptations, it was decided to make Hogsmeade snowy most of the time for consistency. Since WWoHP is based on the movies and used the same movie set designers, it was made snowy to match. But yes they did take certain liberties with the park, such as allowing muggles into Hogwarts for the first time.

Ladies and gentlemen, Universal has put up yet ANOTHER tower crane. However, this one is for Hogsmeade Station. (IOA now has it's own giant crane)

I think they are starting to run out of cranes for orlando.... with the 4 at Universal and the 4 putting up the new doctor phillips center in downtown...

I was driving down I-4 on my way to HHN the other day and noticed it seems like there weren't as many cranes at that huge vehicle rental place then there usually were. Now I know why.
