Perusing the Wiki, this jumps out as the most obvious shop. Ben & Jerry seem to have some sort of exclusivity deal in the park, not sure what the workaround will be, but I'm sure they can find one.

Really hoping for Borgin and Burkes myself, but I'm thinking it (and the cauldron shop and the menagerie) may end up as store fronts only.

I think it will only be a facade. I don't see where it could be.

They could just ask B&J to create a new flavor exclusive to the park, and then just serve the traditioanl Ben and Jerry flavors under different names.

So with the pearl market going in the Poseidon store, has palm reading moved to its previous area just to the right after you pass by the arch in the middle of Lost Continent?

I really can't wait for HateToFly's update. 3/4 of the wall has gotten the top cornice/cap and much of the wall has received the grimy, aged look.

Yup. Probably working on more of the Gringotts foundation.
