To be fair, we haven't really heard anything solid at this point.

I think TMNT would be a good piece of the puzzle, but would need some more things around it.

Ehh if it was TMNT I'm almost positive it'll be that new bay one coming out and just...:ack: sorry if it seems like I'm bursting everybody's ideas but I call em as I see em

I doubt it. That thing's going to go over like a lead balloon.

You never know man, people will take their kids to see anything. Transformers is a 4 movie series think about that. With something as big as TMNT popping up it'll be a box office smash no matter how much it sucks

Eh. Not really a sure thing. The last TMNT movie in '07 only made about $95 million worldwide.

This one has more hype and is way more appealing to a wider audience unlike the one in 07. If this does well and warrants sequels I bet you this will be the version we see in kidzone

Hype? Most of the reaction I'm hearing about it with people is negative.

The list I read has it at 16th. But still, making money at the box office doesn't equal good reception for theme park guests, especially over the long haul at Universal.

It's still pretty far up there so whatever, transformer movies are terrible and I don't know anybody who likes them but the reception from the ride has been nothing but positive so far, same with the mummy. It the ride is great I don't think anybody will care. It's all based on toy sales and possible sequels and TMNT could easily snatch both. Besides TMNT will always come one way or any other, it's strangely timeless

The Transformers movies suck mostly because of the over exposure of it's horrible human characters, which we get absolutely none of in the ride. I'm not saying the turtles will be horrible in the park, but basing anything off this movie is a bad idea.

I totally agree with you, they should be the cartoon versions if used in the park but knowing universal they will push for the one getting sequels in the future. If only the teenage mutant ninja turtles weren't taken so seriously

Isn't TMNT based in New York...and the park already has a New York area. Would that be overkill?

If it's a ride based in the sewers or shredders layer it won't

MIB is based in New York and it fits fine in World Expo.

I don't care what IP goes in there to be honest.. Anything is going to be an improvement from the dated area. Just even remodeling the open area with all the green stars will be a huge improvement.

It is kind of funny that The Mummy, Twister, and Blues Brothers were not based in New York but MiB was. Those iconic towers in front of MiB are from the World's Fair in New York, and the structures are still there.

Yeah I go by them everytime I'm in the city. I wished New York in universal had actual things from New York

I like the early 90's version of the Turtles. Man, that brings back memories. I agree with what the one person said, as long as its not Smurfs.
