The only thing I can guess, is that we should look at the shape and/or conditions of the land, seeing if it's being purposeful being left negated if they're planning on doing a major renovation (ala Springfield), but I'm probably wrong.

Maybe a shot in the dark but I remember there being discussion on here about the Raptor Encounter being moved temporarily. Maybe there are ground markers around there or Camp Jurassic. Just my guess
