So Mercyhurst Management just leaked the Brazil Pavilion. The tweet has since been deleted, and so, I imagine, has the CM named in the tweet.

For those who have the patience and strength to listen to Bob Chapek, here he is supplying a preview and teasing what's to come on the parks side of things...

Chapek made sure to hammer home that the SW Hotel is NOT a hotel, but in fact a multi-day experience. He sort of tried to make it sound more like an attraction than anything.

Hopefully they let Tim tracker show us the star wars hotel experience because I'll never see the inside of that place in person.

Ye gods i hope not. If I paid cruise money for that experience and had to put up with him or any other blogger "yippee"ing through the halls, we'd find out the Aurebesh for "comp me another weekend" real quick. I'm not a complainer, but that would kill the immersion immediately

Easy way to get around that is throw all the vloggers on a one night stay and let them duke it out to see who can get their Pictures & videos uploaded first!

Only if we give them live lightsabers and allow disintegrations.

It's fun to watch Iger on stage with the celebrities. He was all about hugging and patting Robert Downey Jr. and squeezing him on the shoulder. Same with Wing Chao

Then Ming-Na Wen was announced and she came up in her beautiful dress and his hug was incredibly awkward as he tried to not touch her and then went closed fist hovering over her shoulder for the picture pose.

These CEOs have to be careful beyond belief.

They don't want a repeat of John Lasseter.

Besides, what's wrong with a respectful distance of the opposite sex? I don't like touching people anyway, and do my best to avoid it especially in a meet and greet -- multiply that by the thousands of eyeballs on Iger.

 What does that even mean? If Iger was gay should he have kept a 'respectful distance' from his same-sex counterparts? If it's non-sexual, it's non-sexual.

It was just a funny body language observation. No need to turn it into some social issue.

Back to D23...

I am interested in the island thing. It looks like they marked it as a marvel location. From the current plans it seems like this is just another castaway cay to accommodate the increase in cruise ships. At most I would expect a water-park to compete with Royal Caribbean.

So those are directly from whoever the supplier is of the Universal ones.

The only differences seem with more of brightened textures and colors for some of the clothing; like Homer's pants.

Lisa and Bart were also around as-well, as I suspect those will actually pop up in Paris sooner or later..

So i'm friends with someone in entertainment who likes to hangout with Bart *a lot* and a person in costuming. They both had interesting things to say regarding the costumes.

Apparently, Fox owned and maintained the Simpsons costumes at Universal parks. So once Disney bought Fox... Disney now controls the M&G characters in Universal's parks. Basically what was mentioned that Universal still cleans their costumes, but Disney gets to check up on them and they've been SUPER picky. If a costume is deemed not up to standards, it has to be sent to a location for Disney to clean/make repairs themselves. This has left Universal in a bind many times as they've been short on costumes on certain days because of that very process.

And I agree about them likely headed for Paris.

That's...really freaking fascinating. I would've thought that Fox and Universal would've outsourced it in the past, but the fact that Fox had the ownership of the costumes makes me really interested.

Especially considering the Sideshow Bob and Krusty's and how those are designed.

But yeah, I do think Paris and possibly China, in-part to that Fox actually did try to push Simpsons into the market back in the past. Whether or not it'd be Hong Kong or Mainland, that's something that could be talked about in a proper avenue.

So with how things are turning out, I am fascinated to know how much time is put into 21CF tomorrow for the films panel. Considering they have Death on The Nile, The Kings Man, Spies in Disguise, Avatar 2, and West Side Story to all figure out in how to represent them (and that's not even bringing up Flash Gordon, Bobs Burgers and Ford v. Ferrari).

Ford v. Ferrari and Ad Astra along (as award's plays) with The King's Man, West Side Story, and hopefully Bob's Burger's mentioned at the very least. Given we didn't hear anything about Bob's Burgers at Comic-Con, if there's nothing tomorrow, i'm just gonna assume it's cancelled. As for Avatar 2... They'll probably mention it in passing, but the next D23 will be here before Avatar 2 is released so it's not worth much time.
