In regards to the "Conjuring is locked", need I remind you about what happened last time Conjuring was rumored? Nothing is locked until it's announced.

This is the #1 thing for everyone to remember imo. And, even if it looks like it's close to a done deal, "leaking" it out on social media is the fastest way for a deal to fall apart.

LOL yeah I suppose so - I was meaning more for The Conjuring and the fragility of those past talks. I've never really watched Dr. Who, so I don't have a take on it - but I thought Legacy said that was a rumor that was trying to ferret out "leakers" more than a real rumor. The only problem I'd have with that is that I usually like to watch the IPs before HHN - last year was pretty cool rewatching Stranger Things seasons 2 & 3, Ho1C, Ghostbusters, and Killer Klowns. It'd be impossible to watch all the Dr. Who episodes, so I probably wouldn't really get the gist of the house. But that's just a personal issue I'd have with it being a house.

Depends if they do it solely on the conjuring or the Conjuring universe

They should do it in Sprung tent 2 with what they did where Depths Of Fear was last year, it should be fine there, its a good enough space that they used for Insidious at 25 and have the facade as The Warrens home.

Probably wouldn't "require" it. But it seems like Uni likes to put high-end IP properties in SS22. Ghostbusters, Stranger Things, Shining, Exorcist, American Werewolf in London, etc. I would anticipate The Conjuring getting that treatment if it came.

I then make a post that is the crux of the article, and IS the IP everyone is in a commotion over.
