I think all of the new space themed announcements are interesting! With all of the recent hype around SpaceX and going to Mars, I think the restaurant will be really relevant in our country for the next couple of decades. Looks really cool to me!
Was at the park today and its so sad to see the hulk down! I went on Dr. Doom's and had a perfect view of the entire hulk site. The only track left is from the launch until it goes under the bridge. The back park of the ride is only dirt and concrete footers. The queue is a huge mess!
Walked by it yesterday! Nothing substantially different from the last pictures posted here. They were working away and I saw a couple of people working on the murals.
I was at the park yesterday and couldn't see any track whatsoever behind storm force accelatron. There was also a very large crane on the bridge from port of entry to mshi. Perhaps we will see some more track come down soon! Sorry, I didn't even think to take pictures!
I wonder if the large parking facility in the plans for Sapphire will also have parking for the new water park with a new pedestrian bridge from Sapphire to park. Haven't been in on the conversation much but thats my thought so far. Exciting project, I like the name Volcano Bay better though!
This is really looking great! I had a dream about entering the land last night but it turned out to be a horrific dream, all of Diagon Alley turned out to be just one big picture on a big board and Gringott's was just an elaborate boat ride! Haha the things you dream about...
P.S. this...
I'm sure it will all come together once its actually done! I kind of like it to be honest, its different and out there. However, I do not like the teal and light blue next to each other, that is a big no-no!!!
NEWS - It is currently below 70 degrees at Universal Studios this morning. We have talked to some folks in the park who have had to wear heavy coats. No reports on hypothermia yet. It will be much warmer tomorrow. Stay tuned for more news.
