I got my August ticket! Don't be alarmed if the confirmation email takes a long time, I got mine eventually.

My tickets still don’t show up in the app. I’ll probably call tomorrow to check once again if I’m good even though they said last time that I should be because I bought them over the phone.

Was finally able to purchase 2x 2x 1 day (2 people, 2 days) from UnderCover Tourist.
There might be a cheaper way to do it in the future, but the FOMO is real when you have international flights and Helios club level already booked!
Other resellers weren't letting anyone purchase them from the UK. Got the tickets and added to the Uni app, so all good.

As a long time lurker, I don’t have original info to add as I am based in the UK and only have my annual pilgrimage to go on. I am super thankful for all the info, advice and tongue in cheek banter on these forums.

We were also having trouble getting one day tickets, either because the sites recognise us as UK and offer different ticket options, the Universal app would not show beyond June (despite a whole lot of scrolling and refreshing), or the sites needed a US/Canadian credit card.

My wife found a tip on a facebook group however, switching iPhone settings to show Miami time meant that the Uni app now showed one day tickets through to our trip in September, 2 extra tickets each bagged . Thought this might help any others frazzled by the experience, and lurked no longer.

A response from Alicia!!….. I feel giddy

I’m glad she found it too, though she is now too big for her boots, having found a solution faster than me and all my many hours lurking. She’s going to be unbearable for at least a week.

The only other workaround I’d seen was purchasing single day tickets from authorized third-party ticket sellers, as their site’s calendars show all dates. But it’s good this is a simple fix.

Lol I came on here to ask if anyone outside US was having the same issues and glad to see it's not just me! Thanks a mill for the tip, we're both Android users so tried the same idea with our system but alas no joy unfortunately! We're away to NYC tomorrow for Paddy's day, so hoping I can book them from there lol, super odd tickets beyond June can't be booked overseas direct through Universal though:pensive:

I've always been concerned about the guaranteed entry - so then it's safe to assume a dated ticket also guarantees entry lol

I'm really curious to see where attendance is capped.

As a fellow UK'er, the only solution that worked for me was to purchase from Undercover Tourist.
Attractions Tickets.com aren't/won't be selling single day tickets, the official UK Uni site only offers multi day (and that's really ATC as well), and the other 3rd party sellers I tried refused at the payment stage when they realised the card and/or billing address was in the UK.
We've got our 2 x single day tickets and added them to the Uni app with no problems, so everything looks to be ok.

Not wanting to make this thread little England, so quickly…

Chafing settings from London to USA time (I used Miami) on an iPhone let me see past June on the Universal app tickets and I got 2 x single day tickets for September with a UK credit card. I heard this may not work on Android.

I also understand that you can call Universal Guest Service for the UK on freephone 0800 756 3351, ask for ticket sales and they can help you out.
