Fantasyland Expansion - Part 2

I think it's great that they are adding alcohol to be our guest. I'm under 21 so it doesn't even effect me but it's the thematically correct thing to do. And I think that Disney is going to do the right thing and not serve to serve more. The drinks are more to make it authentic so the price point will be quite high and I can't see anyone wanting to pay that much to get drink.

I'm still really despising the idea of alcohol in the Magic Kingdom. Disney has definitely veered far from the basics that built the company, but this is pretty much the final nail in the coffin.

On a better note, I'm getting to MK bright and early tomorrow to try to get to Enchanted Tales with Belle. I only watched the first 20 seconds or so of the TPR video, and I've only heard good reviews from fellow cast members.

Me to and I like a drink. Just think some things should stay true to the vision even if a lot of others have gone by the way side. Plus saying its great as it fits the theme is in my opinion not a great argument as if that was the case they would have had beer over in frontierland for a long time to “fit the theme”

I do realise before everyone jumps that yes time’s change and yes this shouldn’t be as bigger deal as other watering down of Disney ideals but for me it is. Just another sad day for Disney if you ask me.

it looks nothing like Olivander's :shifty: am i missing something? it's just a freggin sign.

i mean, sure the map looked like the one from WW, but this is just a sign. i wasn't aware that making signs for restaurants and attractions were basically blatantly obvious copies of the competition.

i mean, sure the map looked like the one from WW, but this is just a sign. i wasn't aware that making signs for restaurants and attractions were basically blatantly obvious copies of the competition.

AmusementPics has posted a new construction update.

The new restrooms are progressing and receiving rockwork.

Steel for the mountain facade as well as more track is going in for SDMT.

Immagineers are moving the placement of windows on the Mermain facade. The grass is still going in.

Additionally, the Disney Parks Blog posted a look at mermaid's facade and queue. (Sadly, without some weirdo this time making the first photo more fun to look at )

am i the only person not that excited about this queue? It looks exactly what I expected it to look, and kind of boring. I don't see any interactive features or video projections. It's not FJ that's for sure.

There is a NexGen A.D.D. playground in there somewhere...if that's your thing (not mine.)
