I went last year for all four nights the second weekend. Crowds were crazy and we did not have express but really not needed with four nights. But it is a plus if all you want to do is the houses. I was lucky enough to hook up with
@hatetofly Sunday night and we shared a pretty long line for Roanoke. At least we had a beer!
I'll be going this year the second weekend as well and did Stay and Scream all four nights. At Finnegans. All four nights ops was changing when, where, and how you could access Finnegans or the area in general. I think Saturday after a certain time they would not let you inside. I was inside early hydrating and ordering apps. But there were a lot of unhappy people who showed up at 5pm on Saturday and were not allowed in. It was a madhouse there pretty much everyday.
A friend who is coming to do Saturday and Sunday with us booked ressies for both days at Finnegans and they are 2:45. That or 6PM. It's a bit early for me but I really have no issue hanging in a bar.
