The annual Universal ticketing website glitches and logistics snafus continue to be a thing this year.

Yesterday morning I attempted to buy ROF+ Express for our trip. 2 tickets put into the cart but it wouldn’t let me proceed unless I assigned 2 remaining tickets to people. 2 tickets in the cart but had to assign 4 people. Also had to type in address information for the 2 actual people on the order at least 5 times.

Closed the browser and called Uni Guest Services. They didn’t have the multinight tickets loaded into their system yet.

How do they not have their shnit together by this point?

Things were seemingly resolved later in the day - the cart was still loaded when I went back to the website yesterday afternoon and was able to complete the purchase.

We had issues purchasing tickets through the App. We'd get an error when it came time to enter our payment info we just got an error. Tried it on a laptop, and it worked fine and we were all about to get our tickets without issues.

We are STILL having issues on the app. My wife can't even get on to purchase hers. I purchased mine on the website but it's not appearing in the app for me.

Kinda stressing, ngl lol

The downside of being an out of state passholder - my trip will be long over before the collectables are available lol

I got mine through a travel agent, no issues at all.

Interesting. I got mine through email and screenshotted so I should be good there.

I'll just go to guest services and have it printed when we get there.

Give it a few years and it'll probably be pushing $1K for the FFP + Express. Especially when you think about the fact that Epic will be open during HHN 34.

I don't see how UFFPX doesn't get a comma next year even without EU.

It's $919 already, with tax it's nearly $980.

Wanted to throw out a PSA - I contacted Universal and was told that multi-night tickets with Express must be picked up in person.

Didn't know that was a thing.

This is my third year at HHN, I travel from out of state and only have 2 (maybe 3) nights at the event. However, due to this years rumored lineup, I am heavily considering buying Express for one of those nights. I’m going the first Thursday and Friday of October (the 5th and 6th), so which night might be a better choice to buy Express? Is either night of the week regularly more crowded? I like to try to do as much as possible in my first night and redo my favorites the second night, but I’m worried Friday could be even worse as far as crowds go.

To be quite honest, I don't think the day of the week matters when it comes to HHN. The busiest night I've ever attended was a Wednesday.

I wasn't talking about the Ultimate though. I think both Ultimate and just FFP+ will both be at $1K+ very soon. Ultimate for sure will be next year.

We did the same thing. Bought express for our first night (10/1), with the plan to hit everything once or twice that night. Wed and Thu would then just be second/third/fourth runs of everything. I figure everything done the first night better informs what we want to utilize our line time for.

yeah, just did the math on the 4 days (sep 21-24)
tickets are $359.96, express is $639.96 for a total of $999.92 before tax vs. the ROF for $529.99
so even with only one week used, its a huge bargain

Yeah, this is the boat I'm in as well. My Mom will be returning to HHN on that last week for 4 nights, and express is certainly the way to go for her to make it as easy as possible. And as for me, I'll be there for the same 4 nights PLUS a night or two the week before, so the $529.99 is an even bigger value for me.

Interesting. This could help regulate express availability so they know how many active passes are out there for a given night. First night express will still be chaos, as I feel that night has far more multi night with express than any other night.

This is random but last year we were stopped by two young people who said they were TMs. They had badges. But they were doing id check since we were walking around with beers. Anybody else been stopped at a similar checkpoint type thing?

Orlando PD ran up and damn near blinded me with flashlights one year because my sister and I were sharing a Blinky cup drink. Their response after we both showed valid IDs was "...you should each get your own cup", to which we replied, "have you seen the prices of these things?"

I understand why they do it, but also just wish they gave everyone a 21+ wristband at the point of sale like they've done in Citywalk.

They've been giving out wristbands on Friday and Saturday nights post-pandemic. It's a big convenience to have versus Weds/Thurs nights, especially as crowds have shifted to midweek.

Im a little sceptical of this. I’ve never picked these up in person in recent years. The email they sent me has the ticket and barcode attached - last year this is what i showed to get in and access express entrances.

Yeah I received the email with the ticket, but the ticket in the app doesn't have a QR code. It's very strange.
