Could the icon(s) just be called Sinister and Surreal?

That is a serious gamble I wouldn't be willing to take especially if the higher tiers sold out in hours. Doesn't upgrading have to be done in the park especially if you've already had used the pass?

I know some in my party upgraded from a frequent fear plus to an ultimate frequent fear with express at a ticketing desk at Cabana Bay last year. And that was after using the FFP on opening night. So not necessarily required to be in park to upgrade, depending on situation.

But of course, that only works if they aren’t already sold out of the desired tier, so that might be the real kicker in this case.

Technically the ticketing desk is virtually the same as being in the park. What I mean is you have to be there to do it, not over the phone.
